We provide advice on labour laws, industrial relations, contracts of employments, reviews of employment contracts and assist in drafting conditions of service. We advise and support in conflict management amongst management, employees and between management and employees. Our risk assessment team undertakes health and safety audits covering all areas/units/departments in an organisation. The process identifies existing hazards likely to be harmful and the potential risks they pose to people within and outside the working community. Major hazard themes often covered in the assessment include Physical, Biological, Psychosocial, Ergonomic and Chemical Hazards, amongst others.
