In terms of legal work, we provide estate, litigation and fraud recovery services whilst offering clients in-depth advice on corporate and commercial transactions including gold and diamond transactions, public-private partnerships, commercial negotiations and arbitrations, incorporation and registration of business entities, investments and many other corporate processes. We have one of the largest FinTech practices in Africa and our reputation is founded on our ability to advise all market participants-including the world’s leading global banks, e-money issuers, payment service providers, peer-to peer lenders, tech companies and Fintech investors.

In providing legal services to both local and international clients, we have presence in Ghana, and a network in Sierra-Leone, Kenya, Togo, South-Africa, Egypt, Angola, Togo, Nigeria and throughout Africa. 

All partners were trained in the U.K and their African country of base with each partner having been involved in major transactions throughout Africa particularly in the fields of project finance, oil and gas, mergers and acquisitions and mining. 

Over the last 10 years, we have worked with some of the world’s leading businesses on transactions executed in Africa and assist in a number of fraud related matters throughout Africa including online romance scams and gold related scams.
